Our founders
Brons was founded by Peter-Paul de Leeuw and Thomas Brits, who bring fifteen years of building and selling software companies in Europe to the workshop counter.
Peter-Paul de Leeuw
Co-founder and CEO
Peter-Paul co-founded Amberscript, the Amsterdam speech-to-text company, in 2017 and led it as CEO for seven years, growing it into a European business and acquiring two competitors along the way. Speech recognition, language models and customers who need them to work every day have been his job since. At Brons he leads product and the customer side.
Thomas Brits
Co-founder and CCO
Thomas has spent his career selling and scaling developer and enterprise software. At GitHub he built the enterprise business for the Benelux and went on to lead regional sales for Northern Europe, working with the largest companies in the region on how they adopt AI. At Brons he owns go-to-market and partnerships.
